After undergoing an extensive rebrand in 2013, Novus Property Solutions turned to us for a strategic public relations campaign that would demonstrate the firm’s capabilities across a wide range of sectors.
A key component of our approach was the targeting of specific industry awards to help build credibility for the company’s services. Novus wanted recognition from the most respected industry awards, and for multiple areas of the business to enjoy a moment in the spotlight.
Firstly, we identified the areas of the business that not only deserved recognition, but had the credentials to win. Targeting was key – there wasn’t a scattergun in sight.
The rebrand of the business was a breathtaking achievement by the Novus marketing team so we put individual members, as well as the whole team, forward for awards.
Corporate social responsibility is a key part of Novus’ business strategy, so we entered it into the Responsible Small Business of the Year category at the prestigious Business in the Community Awards.
In 2015, Novus switched its attention to becoming an ‘employer of choice’ so we set our sights on the Employer of the Year category at the Construction News Awards.
We supported members of the Novus team with their presentations to judges, along with undertaking creative social media campaigns around each entry, including the Construction News Awards’ #MeasureUp campaign.
