What was the brief?

Washroom is a leading designer, manufacturer and installer of commercial washrooms in London and the south east.

Following a request to review a number of issues relating to their web presence, we undertook an audit of the company’s previous website and found numerous shortcomings, including poor navigation, unclear calls to action, and an unresponsive site design.

We agreed to create a new website that would improve the user experience and site navigation, achieve first page search engine rankings for key terms, and differentiate Washroom from its competitors by highlighting USPs.

How did it happen?

Our team reviewed the company’s values and key messages, history and competitors, along with existing product information in order to establish a standard format for the presentation of each range.

We produced photography and short videos of a range of finished products in various sectors, to be used as case studies on the website. To target the London office market, we created a separate brand to appeal to this niche.

The website we created for Washroom utilises a clean, minimal approach to ensure the site never feels cluttered, despite the extensive nature of the navigation options.

In addition to the creative requirements, the site included 370 pages of detailed written copy, produced in accordance with a content strategy designed to optimise the site’s performance in search engine results.

The website’s navigation and product section was tested, reviewed and approved by a panel of industry professionals.
